Section 1 Member Eligibility

Section 2 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at raja123 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Your full name must match your official identification document.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, or any valid official identification document.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. raja123 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login information to a third party.
• Any changes to personal information (name, phone number, email address) must be reported to the raja123 customer support team for verification.

Section 3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Raja123 supports a range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the chosen method and the member's VIP status.
• Raja123 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds for compliance and security purposes.

Section 4 Bonus & Promotions

• Bonus rollover requirements must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Your original deposit amount is not subject to rollover requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Raja123 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including bonus arbitrage and promotion abuse.
• The bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses will be removed automatically.

Section 5 Game Rules

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited. For voluntary closures, all valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Section 10 Liability Limits

Raja123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting results.

Raja123's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the active balance in your account at the time.
